Delete Your WeClips Account

This page explains how to delete your WeClips account and the data we remove. You can delete inside the app, or email us if you can't access it.

Delete from inside the app

  1. Open WeClips and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm. Your account is immediately deactivated.

Can't access the app?

Email support@weclips.app from your account's email with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll process it for you.

30-day grace period

Deletion is reversible for 30 days: sign back in and tap Restore. After 30 days it's permanent.

What gets deleted

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not us — deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel that in your device's subscription settings. We may keep limited records required by law; backups are overwritten within 30 days.
